Description: "Don't Kill me Cuchin: AIDS is the number one killer of children 1-4 years old." ACT UP approved visual material to be included in the massive Puerto Rico action, Huracán SIDA (accompanied by a small action here in NY at the offices of the Commonwealth of PR on Park Ave.). The poster denounced the negligence of the Government of Puerto Rico in response to the AIDS crisis. Cuchin was a common name used for Governor Rafael Hernández Colón, who served as Governor from '73-'77 and again from '85 - '93.
